OTTAWA - Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, will visit 12 Canadian cities in four provinces next month in their first trip to Canada as a married couple.

Details of the previously-announced trip were released by the prime minister's office Saturday, which show the couple will be in Canada from November 2nd through 12th.

Charles and Camilla will travel to Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper welcomed the visit, saying it is a great honour for Canadians.

The trip is Charles' fifteenth to the country, but first since 2001. It will be Camilla's first.

The couple will visit the following cities and communities during their 11-day visit: St. John's, Cupids, and Brigus in Newfoundland; Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara-on-the Lake, Petawawa in Ontario, Victoria and Vancouver in B.C., and Gatineau and Montreal in Quebec.
