Perth native Mike McNamee scored a natural hat trick as the Quebec Remparts topped the Gatineau Olympiques 4-1 in Gatineau on Wednesday.

McNamee's first goal for the Remparts (12-4-2-1) came seven and a half minutes into the game, another 88 seconds later and his third with 27 seconds to play in the first period.

Winger Adam Erne had three assists in the game.

Gatineau's (9-10-0-0) Adam Janosik scored on the power play with 2:27 to play in the second period, but top-ranked NHL draft prospect Mikhail Grigorenko brought Quebec's lead back to three goals just over a minute into the third.
