An Ottawa faces four sex-related charges after an assault that resulted from an online relationship.
Charles Rak, 37, appeared in court on Thursday and was released on conditions. He is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, and child luring.
Police began their investigation earlier this month.
