Ottawa Mayor Larry O'Brien reassured the city's francophone community Friday morning about a commitment to bolster bilingualism at City Hall.
O'Brien told a breakfast reception that the city is making progress in language training for senior managers. A recent report found that Ottawa's bilingualism policy is not considered part of the city's corporate culture.
