BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Jake Worrad scored in overtime as the Belleville Bulls beat the Oshawa Generals by a 3-2 score Wednesday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

A trailing Worrad took a pass from Joseph Cramarossa before scoring on a wrist shot at 3:48 of the extra frame.

Brendan Gaunce and Brady Austin scored regulation goals for Belleville (33-32-1).

Christian Thomas and Geoffrey Schemitsch replied for the Generals (31-28-7).

Thomas opened the scoring late in the first period after taking a pass in the left faceoff circle and firing a wrist shot over the shoulder of Malcolm Subban for his 33rd of the season.

Subban finished the night making 38 saves.

The two clubs swapped goals in the second period on the same Generals' power play. Gaunce showed a great individual effort in his own end and worked all the way down and pick up a short-handed goal on Kevin Baillie, who made 28 saves in the loss for Oshawa.

Schemitsch scored late on a power play to retake the lead for Oshawa on a wrist shot from inside the blue-line. Subban was screened on the play and didn't have a chance.

Austin scored the tying goal on a one-time shot from the point in the third.
