SUDBURY, Ont. - Johan Mattsson stopped 29 of 30 shots, picking up the game's first star, as his Sudbury Wolves defeated the visiting Belleville Bulls 3-1 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Michael MacDonald, Josh McFadden and Matthew Campagna scored for the Wolves (35-24-5).

Michael Curtis scored the lone goal for the Bulls (32-31-1).

Malcolm Subban made 20 saves in a losing effort.

Sudbury went 1 for 3 on the power play while Belleville finished 0 for 4.
