Ottawa Police say a man in his 20s was sent to hospital after a shooting in Lowertown Sunday night.
It happened around 7:45 p.m. in the area of Old St. Patrick Street and Beausoleil Drive.
Ottawa paramedics say the man was treated for multiple gunshot wounds and is in serious but stable condition in hospital.
There's no word on suspects. This marks Ottawa's 55th shooting of the year.
