New Ottawa nightlife commissioner Mathieu Grondin is recruting a nightlife council.

A city memo says the working group could consist of as many as 18 members on a volunteer basis.

Grondin discussed the idea on Newstalk 580 CFRA's Ottawa Now with Kristy Cameron, saying it would not be "reinventing the wheel."
