Approximately 50 protesters, some riding on horse have gathered in Gatineau early this morning.
They just crossed the Portage Bridge before 7:30 a.m. and travelling through downtown Ottawa to Rideau Hall.
The march will go past the Parliament Buildings on Wellington Street, to Sussex Drive.
Officials say protesters are making a statement about Aboriginal land claims and the rights of off-reserve Indiginous people.
Gatineau Police and Ottawa Police are monitoring traffic conditions that will be affected.
