Enjoying an outdoor bar, entertaining in a downstairs kitchen or relaxing in a brand, new tub. It's all part of this year's dream home for the CHEO Dream of a Lifetime Lottery.

On Monday, the CHEO Foundation launched this year's lottery, which features over 5,000 prizes. The big one includes the 4,000 square foot house that features 10' ceilings, maple floors, a baby grand piano and an open concept.

"It's contemporary, it's uncluttered...it's very streamlined," says interior designer Donna Correy, who's been working on the dream homes for over 20 years.

"The furnishings are very comfortable, the colours are very warm and we really wanted it to feel like a family could live in this space."

There are four bedrooms upstairs, along with three bathrooms. The master suite features a large ensuite bathroom, with a soaker tub and double showers. There's also a big walk-in closet.

Downstairs is set for entertaining. The second kitchen is the focal point, ideal for entertaining. There's also a kids room which features a small stage and a rock climbing wall.

The lottery is the foundation's biggest fundraising event of the year, bringing in close to $3.2 million last year.

"In the 26 years we've been running it, it's raised net $49 millino dollars," says Kevin Keohane, President and CEO of the CHEO Foundation.

"The difference that has made in the lives of so many kids and families is almost immeasurable."

Families like Jordan Yolkowskie and Sarah Patterson, who's 8-month-old daughter Everley has already spent 210 days in CHEO because of a breathing syndrome.

"Without CHEO, she may not be alive today and we may not have the opportunity to have this beautiful family that we have," says Patterson.

The rest of the grand prize also includes $100,000, a new Infiniti, house cleaning for a year and a $5,000 Farm Boy gift card. There are also other vehicles, trips and early bird prizes, including a pair of Harley Davidson motorcycles. You can get all the details and buy tickets here.

The Hurry Up to the Grey Cup deadline is September 23rd, while the early bird deadline is November 18th. The final day to buy tickets is December 9th.
