For the second time in less than a year, Canadian music teen superstar Justin Bieber will stop in Ottawa as part of a world tour.
Bieber made a recent stop in Ottawa on November 23 as part of the I Believe Tour.
His next Ottawa tour stop will be July 23, 2013 according to a number of online concert websites.
