All-star foods for the new year

Dietician Beth Mansfield appeared on Wednesday's News at Noon show to discuss some all-star nutrients for the new year.
She recommends staying healthy by including these five great foods in your diet:
- Sweet Potatoes and Butternut Squash
- Red Cabbage
- Canned Tomatoes
- Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
