Paramedics say a woman in her 20s is in critical condition in hospital with head injuries after the car she was driving collided head on with an SUV in Westboro Sunday morning.
The crash happened around 10 a.m. at the intersection of Richmond Road and Golden Avenue.
The driver and only occupant of the SUV, a woman in her 60s, had to be extricated from her vehicle and was taken to hospital in stable condition with abdominal and chest injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
