Ottawa police investigating gunshots heard in the Glebe

The Ottawa Police Service is investigating after apparent gunshots were heard in the Glebe on Tuesday morning.
Police said in a social media post they received multiple calls for gunshots heard in the area of Percy Street and Clemow Avenue at approximately 8:20 a.m.
Officers attended the area but no victims were found. No victims have attended any Ottawa-area hospitals, police say.
There is no known threat to public safety.
Anyone aware of someone being injured in the incident is asked to call 911.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit at 613-236-1222 extension 5050. Anonymous tips can be submitted though Crime Stoppers or by calling 1-800-222-8477.
