An Ottawa-based travel discount company has opened an inbound call centre in Cornwall.
Canadiantravel.com has nine employees, but will soon grow to 15 and has purchased a downtown building.
Company president Alain Pilon was born in Cornwall, and was attracted to the city by the number of bilingual call centre agents with travel experience.
