BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Freddie Hamilton had three goals and an assist for the Niagara IceDogs as they rolled past the Belleville Bulls 10-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday.

Steven Shipley had a hat trick for Niagara (41-17-3) while Brock Beukeboom had two and Andrew Agozzino and Myles Doan added singles.

Carter Sandlak, Luke Judson and Scott Simmonds each scored for the Bulls (31-30-1).

The two clubs played an even opening twenty minutes with Shipley and Sandlak trading goals. Hamilton retook the lead off a wrist shot resulting from a Belleville turnover.

Niagara pummelled the Bulls with five goals in the second period.

Beukeboom scored on a point shot and Agozzino and Doan both scored to end Malcolm Subban's night after giving up five goals on 28 shots.

Shipley and Hamilton both scored their second goals of the game on John Chartrand. That marked four goals in three minutes for the IceDogs before Judson finally stopped the bleeding with his 15th of the year.

Chartrand gave up five goals on 17 shots.

Niagara wasn't finished and came out firing in the third with Shipley and Hamilton both completing hat tricks.

Mark Visentin wasn't tested very often and made 14 saves for the IceDogs.

Simmonds added his third of the year along with Beukeboom's second of the night to close out the scoring.
