Ottawa residents are mourning the death of former alderman Joe Quinn.
The Irishman was a decorated World War II veteran, who received a distinguished flying medal. He also served as director of the Central Canada Exhibition for years.
A visitation for Quinn will be held Tuesday and Wednesday. His funeral is scheduled for Thursday.
Quinn was 91 years old.
