The frigid temperatures are making a comeback in full force this Saturday, as it’s going to feel like minus 24 Saturday afternoon in Ottawa.

Environment Canada calls for a high of -11 C, which feels like minus 15 this morning and minus 24 this afternoon, and mainly sunny skies. Clear skies and a low of -20 C are in the forecast for tonight.

Sunday will be sunny with a high of -15 C. Clear skies and a low of -21 C are expected for the night.

The snow is expected to make a comeback on Monday, with a 40 per cent chance of snow. A high of -9 and a low of -10 C are also in the forecast.

The average temperatures for this time of year are a high of -5 C and a low of -13 C.
