Police say they don't expect to lay any charges after last week's single-car crash on the Nicholas Avenue off-ramp that claimed the driver's life.
The crash happened Aug. 3 around 3:20 a.m. The car left the on-ramp from Nicholas Avenue to Highway 417 eastbound and crashed into a tree.
Police said speed was a factor in the crash.Two men were taken to hospital.
OPP said Friday that the driver, 22-year-old Eric Grégoire-Liard, died in hospital the next day.
