Sarah Wright-Gilbert is known for having a strong voice as a citizen transit commissioner at Ottawa City Hall. However, she is issuing this statement saying she will not be commenting further on what appears to be a spat over silencing criticism.

The statement comes on the heels of councillor Carol Anne Meehan asking for the mayor to be more vocal himself. Councillor Allan Hubley serves as the Transit Commission Chair and told CTV News the mayor's, and his own, patience is wearing thin.
