Ottawa Police are investigating four separate incidents of women being allegedly assaulted by a male cyclist.

The incidents happened between May 20th and June 21st, 2016. In each case, the female victims told police a male cyclist approached them from behind before touching them inappropriately.

Around 7:45 p.m. on May 20, 2016, the first victim says she was walking through the experimental farm between Merivale Road and Fisher Avenue when a male cyclist sexually assaulted her.

The second happened nine days later around 6:50 pm as a woman was walking down Mayview Avenue near Merivale Road. The victim says the cyclist uttered 'I love you" before riding off.

A similar incident took place on June 19th on Merivale Road near Viewmount Drive, and on June 21st near Preston Street and Adeline.

Investigators believe these incidents may be linked to the same man and have released a new photograph of a man they are hoping to identify. Anyone with information is asked to contact them.
