OTTAWA - The Ottawa Police Service Guns & Gangs Unit is seeking public assistance to identify a man seen with a gun in January 2015.
On January 17, 2015, at approximately 9:00 a.m., a man was seen in the area of Woodroffe Avenue and Stoneway Drive. The man was brandishing a gun and pointed it at a motorist . Several calls were received by Ottawa Police. Patrol officers responded, searched the area and did not find the man.
The man is described as Caucasian, early 20s, 5'6" (168 cm) to 5'9" (175 cm) with a slim build. He has black spiky hair and was wearing a black coat and grey jeans (see photo).
