Ontario Provincial Police have issued an Amber Alert for a boy who they believe was abducted in Orillia, Ont. on Sunday.
Officers said that they were advised that a male adult had an “interaction” with a child before the youth was taken in a “newer model grey Toyota Sequoia.”
The boy is described as a white male, between the ages of 8 and 13 with a thin build. He was wearing a dark blue winter coat with neon green accents, matching snow pants, dark winter boots and a winter hat.
The alleged abductor is described as a 5-foot-11 white male with a medium build and dark thick hair, wearing a black jacket with blue jeans.
No pictures of the boy, the alleged abductor or the vehicle were immediately available.
