An Ottawa man is charged with sexual assault and theft after two attacks on a woman working as an escort, Ottawa Police say.
The first attack happened when the man arrived to use her escort service on August 27, 2014. She was attacked, and robbed.
When she asked for the money to be returned, he came back and the woman was sexually assaulted again. The suspect used the name 'Marcus' when speaking to her.
Ubong Michael Akpan, 28 years old, of Ottawa, has been charged with Sexual Assault and Theft.
