Ontario Provincial Police have closed the intersection of Highways 7 and 15 following a fatal crash in Carleton Place.
Police say the collision happened around 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30. The victim's identity has not been released.
Detours are currently in place while police work to determine the cause of this crash. Roads are not expected to re-open before 1:00 p.m. Police are urging drivers to expect delays.
Diversions:
In Carleton Place, Townline Road and McNeeley Road and there is no access to Highway 7 from Napoleon Street.
Highway 15 is closed at 9th Line of Beckwith for east and west bound detours.
