A Montreal reporter suggested in a column this week that Ottawa is ahead of Montreal when it comes to drafting a "dynamic" nightlife policy.

The Montreal Gazette’s Brendan Kelly openly wondered why Ottawa has a nightlife commissioner while his city does not.

Kelly expanded on his column during a guest appearance on Newstalk 580 CFRA's Ottawa Now with Kristy Cameron.
