Gatineau firefighters have been called to the Brabant-Philippe covered pedestrian bridge for a second time in one week.
Emergency crews were called just before 3 o'clock this morning to the east area of Gatineau near Highway 148 and Boulevard Lorrain.

The wooden bridge is destroyed and damage is estimated at 1 million dollars.
It's the fourth fire at that bridge in 5 years.
Police are calling it suspicious.
