Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

1 cup dates, chopped

1/2 cup walnuts ( optional)

1/3 cup coconut oil or safflower oil

1 tsp pure vanilla

2 cups rolled oats

Instructions:

In a bowl mash banana and add other ingredients. Allow mixture to stand for 20 minutes so oats absorb liquid. Shape into rounds and bake 375F for 20 minutes
