Members of the Big City Mayors' Caucus are meeting in Ottawa today to discuss what is needed for cities from the federal government in the next budget.
They will outline the requirements for cities to do their part to boost the economy in uncertain times.
The Big City Mayors' Caucus is chaired by Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson and is comprised of representatives of 22 member cities across the country.
Ontario cities to be represented at the meeting include Ottawa, Brampton, Mississauga, Kitchener, Hamilton, London, and Windsor.
