Wakefield steam train gets back on track
The Wakefield steam train is accepting reservations for a new season starting this May.
The steam train nearly folded after a landslide in Chelsea, Que. parked the train last year.
The popular tourist attraction now has new backing and municipal funding that will allow it to resume service.
The Wakefield steam train creates 100 mostly part-time jobs and contributes about $8 million to the Outaouais economy.
