The Trim Park and Ride will be expanded by 380 spaces as part of a $2 million investment in the Orleans and Cumberland community.
The expansion will bring the total number of spaces in the parking lot to 1000 spaces.
Increasing the size of the parking lot is connected to the $45 million expansion of Trim Road to make the area safer for cars and buses.
The spaces will be added by fall 2012.
