An Ottawa woman is facing charges after the school bus she was driving hit and killed a blind pedestrian last week.
Police have charged Sharron Brazeau, 45, with fail to yield to a pedestrian.
Richard Beaupre, 50, suffered serious head injuries when he was struck at the intersection of Russell Road and Haig Drive on March 26.
Although he didn't have vital signs, paramedics were able to revive the man, who later died in hospital.
Brazeau is scheduled to appear in court May 1.
