Free rides are nearly over for OC Transpo riders.
Friday was the final day for half-price cash and ticket fares. Saturday is the last chance for those with December transit passes to use them for free.
OC Transpo instituted the reduced fares following the eight-week transit strike that forced riders to look elsewhere. Long lineups have been common at kiosks for those wanting refunds or new passes.
