Rabbi Reuven Bulka is one of 45 new appointees to the Order of Canada today.

The well-known writer and philanthropist is being recognized for his leadership in humanitarian causes, and his commitment to interfaith dialogue.

In addition to leading the Machzikei Hadassynagogue, he is also the host of CFRA’s Sunday Night with Rabbi Bulka.

Bulka joins six other Ottawa-area residents to receive the honour today.
