Ottawa Police seized the 2008 Land Rover driven by Mitch Kalil who is still at large and wanted on a charge of attempted murder .
The rented vehicle was picked up yesterday after a resident called police to report it abandoned.
The 31-year-old Kalil is a suspect in a Sunday afternoon shooting on Cummings Avenue , near the Aviation Parkway.
A female victim suffered a gunshot wound which is not life threatening.
Police say Kalil is considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about Kalil's whereabouts is urged to call Ottawa Police.
