Police renewing calls for missing 20-year-old who fled medical facility
Ottawa police are renewing calls for public assistance in locating Jadin Perry, 20.
Police reported Perry missing last week and he was located safe on Monday morning. He had been receiving care at a local medical facility, but police say he left early this afternoon.
Police say there are concerns for his safety and well-being.
A news release says he was last seen in the 1000 block of Carling Avenue at approximately 1 p.m.
Perry is described as a 5-foot-11-inch man (180 cm), approximately 125 pounds (57 kg) with short dreads. He was last seen wearing a grey Puma hoodie and white pants with dark shorts over the top.
He was not wearing shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
