Police ID man found in river, want to retrace his steps

Ottawa police are looking for information on a local man’s whereabouts before his body was found in the Rideau River last week.

David Sebareme, age 30, was found dead in the Rideau River near the Cummings Bridge on July 17.

Police said they’re still investigating his cause of death and are looking for help retracing his steps from July 12 to 17.
