Ottawa police have charged a 75-year-old Ottawa man with sexual assault following an investigation into allegations of sexual assault.
Police say in December 2014, investigators received a complaint about allegations of sexual assault involving the co-owner of Rockwell's Restaurant on Merivale Rd., and a female employee in her late teens.
75-year-old Jim Theodossiou has been charged with one count of sexual assault. He is the long-time co-owner of Rockwell's restaurant.
Theodossiou is scheduled to appear in court on February 12, 2015.
The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Section are leading the investigation. They are concerned there could be other alleged victims.
