A 22-year-old man wanted on a charge of second-degree murder in connection with Ottawa's third murder of the year has turned himself in.
Ottawa Police say Eriklit Musollari surrendered to police at the Elgin Street Police Station Tuesday evening.
Ottawa Police issued a Canada Wide warrant for his arrest on Tuesday. Musollari was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Peyman Hatami.
The 31-year-old Hatami was fatally shot outside a Dynes Road restaurant last Thursday afternoon.
Police say they believe the murder was not a random act.
The investigation continues.
