A 25 year-old woman has been charged with child abandonment after an infant and two toddlers were left alone in a flithy Vanier apartment.
The woman was arrested following an appearence in Family Court today.
The children had little clothing, scraps of food were scattered, and one of them was covered in feces.
They were discovered by neighbours Monday afternoon when they heard the cries of children through a wall.
The children are now in the care of the Children's Aid Society.
