All three levels of government will launch a major environmental project along the Ottawa River.
Mayor Jim Watson, Environment Minister Catherine McKenna and Ontario Infrastructure Minister Bob Chiarelli will attend.
The federal and Ontario governments are contributing funding for a $230 million sewage storage tunnel to collect sewage overflows during heavy rainfall events.
The tunnels are expected to be built by 2020.
