Its time to clean out the spice cupboard, this is once a year and it ohh so makes sense, seriously how long have the spices been kicking around in your cupboard?
I went into my spice rack at my house and this is what I found.
4 tsp. Guajillo chili powder
4 tsp. Lemon peel dry
4 tsp. Paprika
4 tsp. Salt kosher
4 tbsp. Sugar
4 tsp. Butchers black pepper
4 tsp. Ginger ground
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
4 tsp. Cumin
4 tbsp. Adobo chilli powder
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
3 to 4 liters Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 295 degrees Fahrenheit with convection fan and 345 degrees is conventional.
Combine all spices and rub all over turkey, next add turkey to a deep dish that will allow you to add the vegetable oil and the bird will be completely submerged into the oil, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, turkey will be golden brown moist and ohh so tasty
