UPDATE -The Ottawa Police Service would like to advise that Chance RUGENERA has been located safe and sound.
OTTAWA - The Ottawa Police Service is currently asking for the public's assistance in locating a 12-year-old boy named Chance RUGENERA. He was last seen in the area of the 500 block of Old St Patrick Street (downtown Ottawa).
He is described as a black male, 12 years of age, 5'7", 170 lbs, very short black hair, scars on back of neck, wearing a green 'University of Sherbrooke' jacket, white pants, blue knap sack. Chance speaks French only and is developmentally delayed.
