Attention Ottawa shoppers! It’s cold outside, as it feels like minus 13 with the windchill this Boxing Day.

Environment Canada calls for a high of -6 C, and mainly cloudy skies with a 60 per cent chance of flurries late this morning.

A low of -14 C and partly cloudy skies are in the forecast for tonight.

Friday will see a high of -6 C and mainly cloudy skies. A low of -8 C and cloudy skies are expected for the night.

On Saturday, the capital will see a high of -4 C and cloudy skies. Periods of freezing rain and a low of -3 C are expected for the night.

The average temperatures for this time of year are a high of -5 C and a low of -14 C.
