Here’s how cold it feels in Ottawa this Friday

Lower-than-average temperatures are in the forecast for Ottawa this Friday.

Environment Canada calls for a high of -8 C, which feels like -17 with the wind chill, and a 30 per cent chance of flurries. A low of -12 C and a 60 per cent chance of flurries are in the forecast for tonight.

The weekend will be snowy. On Saturday, the weather agency anticipates a high of -10 C and a 60 per cent chance of flurries. A low of -14 C and a 40 per cent chance of showers are expected for the night.

Sunday will see a high of -12 C and a 30 per cent chance of flurries. Clear skies and a low of -20 C are forecasted for the night.

The average temperatures for this time of year are a high of -6 C and a low of -15 C.
