Sentencing continues for the convicted ring leader of a teen pimping ring in Ottawa.
The Crown is seeking an additional three-year term as part of an adult sentence that includes a weapons ban and being placed on the sex offender registry for life.
The Crown presented a police report that shows the convicted teen and her sister were both involved in a “sexual play” incident involving a five-year-old boy. The report states the girls were eight and nine-years-old at the timje.
Witnesses being called include a corrections manager and psychiatrist.
Dr. Gregory Motayne described the teen in court as narcissistic, anti-social within the scope sociopathic. He also pointed to a high risk to reoffend.
The Crown says the convicted teen has already spent 1265 days in custody, calculating the one-and-a-half time credit for time already served.
