CINNAMON APPLE CHIPS with HONEY NUT YOGURT DIP

Cinnamon Apple Chips
Ingredients:
2 large apples
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the apple vertically around the core and discard the core. Using a mandolin, sharp knife or food processor attachment, thinly slice the apples vertically, trying to keep the slices the same thickness. 2 mm thickness or 1/8 of an inch (3 on food processor)
2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Place your apple slices on the sheets in a single layer and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Bake your apple slices for 1 hour or until crisp. Let them cool completely and enjoy with Honey Nut Yogurt Dip! If you have any leftovers that day, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Honey Nut Yogurt Dip
1/2 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
2 tablespoons natural almond butter or natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the ingredients together. Dip in some apple chips and enjoy!
