Where do I send press releases and news tips?

Press releases and news tips can be faxed to 613.789.7197 in Ottawa.

You can also e-mail them to our assignment desk, or submit them through our Contact Us page.

How do I get a copy of a news story?

You can get a copy of a news story by filling out a Dub Request Form on our website.

There is a $60.00 fee, plus tax, to make a dub. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or by cheque.

Dubs must be picked up at the station located at 87 George Street and payment is expected at the time of pick-up. We do not mail dub requests.

When making a dub request, please leave us the following information: State your first and last name clearly, a daytime phone number where you can be reached and your method of payment. It is very important to indicate the date and time the footage aired.

You can also fax us the above information at 613-789-6590.

Please note, we do not provide dubs of raw footage or hard news stories.

Some footage is only kept for 30 days.

All footage is copyrighted by Bell Media and any duplication is strictly prohibited.

Be patient, dub requests take 6 to 8 weeks to fill.
