The Canada Science and Technology Museum will remain closed until at least January 2015.

The Museum was shut down two weeks ago after airborne mould was discovered during routine maintenance work.

The museum says, in a statement, we have been "working with contractors to assess the work required to re-open the facility."

An initial assessment suggests it will take several  weeks to remove the mould from the building.
