ContactChristina Succi co-anchors CTV News on the weekend with Stefan Keyes and is a reporter on CTV News during the week.
Christina got her start in the industry as a writer for TSN's Sportscentre in 2015. As Christina's passion for news grew, she was inspired to explore the rest of Canada. She decided to trade the city lights of Toronto for the beautiful prairies of Alberta in 2016. It was there Christina began her career as a reporter and late anchor for Global News. She returned to the Bell Media family in as a reporter and anchor for CTV Kitchener in 2017.
During her time there, Christina covered the Kitchener home explosion extensively. For two weeks, Christina led CTV's coverage, spending each day immersed within the impacted community. It was through this, Christina broke several exclusive eyewitness accounts from that day. Christina also led the coverage on 2018's deadly flu season. She broke an exclusive story of a 12-year-old girl who died from the flu in Guelph. Her story caused residents to flock to flu clinics, forcing the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health to extend the hours, as well as add additional locations of their flu clinics.
Christina graduated with Honours from Queen's University in Kingston, where she earned two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education. Christina is thrilled to be back in Eastern Ontario, living in the National Capital and bringing live, breaking news to the community.
When Christina isn't reporting, you can find her cheering on her Habs or binge-watching Dateline. As an avid supporter of animal rights, Christina enjoys donating her time to charitable animal causes and local dog rescues.
